Terms and Conditions for Ndutu Green Explorers:

• Contractual Agreement:

Your agreement is with Ndutu Green Explorers (hereafter referred to as "NGE" or "we"). Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, which govern all bookings and interactions with us. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and accepted these terms and conditions, constituting a binding contract between you and NGE.

• Booking Procedure:

NGE will customize your expedition to suit your specific preferences. A binding contract is established between us when:

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the quoted price is received, or

Full payment for the expedition is received if the booking is made within 45 days of your departure date.

No contract is in place until these payments are received. Full payment is obligatory 45 days before departure. Failure to fulfill the payment by this deadline may lead to the cancellation of your booking, subject to cancellation charges outlined below.

• Medical Conditions and Special Needs:

Should you or any member of your group have medical conditions or require special accommodations that may impact the expedition, kindly inform us before finalizing your booking. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings if specific requirements cannot be accommodated due to lack of information provided during booking.

• Documentation:

Please review all documentation, including your confirmation invoice and tickets, upon reception. Notify us promptly of any discrepancies within 7 days. Rectification of errors beyond this timeframe is your responsibility..

• Payment Terms:

Reservation of tour packages is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit, with the remaining balance due 45 days before commencement. Cancellation fees apply as specified below.

• Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure will incur a 20% retention fee.

Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to departure will incur a 50% retention fee.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to departure will result in a 100% retention fee, with all outstanding payments becoming immediately due.

If a replacement is secured no later than 14 days before departure, no retention fee will be imposed; otherwise, a 100% cancellation penalty will be enforced.

• Amendments:

Any alterations to your itinerary following deposit payment will be accommodated, subject to a fee determined by the nature of the changes.

• Marketing:

NGE reserves the right to utilize photographs and videos captured during expeditions for marketing and promotional purposes. Participation in our expeditions implies consent to the use of such media materials.

• Payment Methods:

Online Credit Card:

Payment via credit card incurs a 3.5% bank surcharge. This method ensures swift confirmation of reservations, minimizing bureaucratic procedures.

Wire Transfer:

Alternatively, payment can be made through wire transfer. Kindly contact us for our bank details if you opt for this method.

• Advantages of Credit Card Payment:

Credit card payment facilitates rapid confirmation of reservations. The 3.5% bank surcharge is imposed by financial institutions, not by NGE.
